It's never going to be "found".
It's an absurdly high profile case with no resolution in sight. If a copy was going to crop up, it would've been dumped a decade ago.
The reality is that the movie is still around, just in a vault and legally cannot be released or shown, and nobody can fake-leak it because everyone involved with the IP management knows who is holding the film and they would be immediately implicated.
