Made me appreciate the anime way more because so far it has been great and it does feel like a love letter to the game, it's surprising because most anime adaptations of visual novels I've seen suck and a lot of this anime is anime-original like this episode for example, that said some of the changes the anime made so far have been extremely perplexing imo, specifically in regard to Raqio and Jonas, also the protagonist casually revealing to people he can loop, also Setsu is more stoic in the anime, I don't know what they're going for with the changes.Also there was this round in the game that was extremely difficult and I want to know if it always supposed to be this way or if it just happened to me this way out of the game's randomization. But in the round whereYuriko collaborates with you and expects you to protect her until the every end for information, I was a guardian angel and she was a Gnosia, in the first two rounds we put the other 2 Gnosia in cold sleep (I forget which but I think they were Shigemichi and Remnan), by the end the only ones who were left were me, Yuriko, Setsu and Gina. Something that never happened in a prior loop or since was that Gina said that there was no way that Yuriko was human and she just flat out admitted that she was a Gnosia, and then Gina said that there was no way Setsu was the real engineer which Setsu also admitted to, in the end Setsu was actually a cultist. This loop was extremely difficult but I thought using your abilities as a guardian angel to make the Gnosia win for information went against what the anime taught me but also was extremely kino.

Did I fuck up somewhere?, I'm pretty sure I fucked SQ's romantic loop.

Series peaked here. Every episode since was just rushed romance crap.
I don't see why people don't like this episode since the whole point of this game is the character stories with the werewolf aspect being the gameplay loop. I wouldn't say this is a romance route like Comet's and SQ's and more of an "I adore you for who you are" type of love than a "SEXO!" thing. Ending made me tear up and the new ED really nailed it home.

>>284819545I think the main problem is that Gina is very one-dimensional compared to other cast members. She's a shy and kind person that even as Gnosia feels like shit for doing bad things. Her backstory regarding the cyberization and her mother being recruited into a death cult is far more interesting but barely important to her relationship with Yuri, which is the main focus of the episode. There was no clever twist, particularly funny moment, or genuine emotional surprise. It was one track to Gina's sacrifice. Ululo is my favorite track of the game and I didn't feel too strongly about its use at the end of the episode. Only episode I've found unexciting. Not bad or anything, nut Gnosia has been my AOTS so it's a little disappointing that the cour end wasn't more enjoyable to me.
