Clockwork. CCS is shoujo, the main and intended audience for it is women and girls. It also being moe and attracting a male lolicon audience is incidental. It'd be a different story if women were suddenly really into Pierrot girls or whatever, but that's not the case.
Some might be shotacons if they're still really into Syaoran and other characters like that kid from Black Butler or whatever into adulthood, but virtually none are lolicons and the "very explicit messaging about pedophilic relationships" amount to teacher crush wish fulfillment at most.
