One thing you don't really get from the translation or the anime is that this manga loooves using alternative rubi readings. Y'know, stuff like massacre (party) or whateverIt's even in the japanese title in a way, since after getting used to the MCs' names it looks like Shinoha (Ninja) and Kiwami (Gokudou)Most manga do this to some extent but it's so constant and absurd here, it's the biggest meme associated with this series in Japan.

Just from chapter 1, you are out of luck without using rubytext for the arc title. And the TL obviously didn't give a fuck for the right part, since mano-a-mano means hand-to-hand, not man (man) vs tomboy/gallant (man). With the latter kanji also being used in a combined word to refer to self-styled chivalrous guys who take part in gangs = yakuza, so you don't even know which he means by either one!
