What would be the realistic consequence of living in a quirk based society? Wouldn't it be the norm for most families to go for eugenics like Endeavor in an attempt to get the strongest quirk possible? Would it be enjoyable to live in such a society?
The dumbest thing about that World is that comic books always had heroes without superpowers, even the first superhero team in history "Justice Society of America" had 2 members without any superpowers standing next to a literal God in the same team, by the end of the manga they try to address that, but you still need some robotic suit at the very least to be a hero apparently
