Summary time:A week passes without incident, and we're now at the last day of the sale. It seemingly goes without issue too, and the shop closes for the day.Afterwards, the employer congratulates the gray part-timers, offering his thanks for helping with their "shipments", only for all of them to suddenly be in a pitch-black area, seemingly due to a power outage.The employer, now a voice coming from speakers, reveals that the shipments were of humans after all, and that there still are a few to be collected.Suddenly popping out of the darkness are possessed (?) customers, each carrying a cardboard box. One of the part-timers asks the employer what's going on, whereupon he reveals his true form as the Monster Man.They all begin to run, but one is caught. The speaker voice then explains that they package humans "this way" (grabbing them and then entering the box) making it impossible for them to ship themselves.Finally, we learn what their goal is. They "consume" (literally and figuratively) humans at the "human department store". All that's left now is to ship "the entire department store", and you can leave that to them.Continued in another post.

Turns out however, that the entrance doors are open, and that they can escape that way, but something's weird, the shutter should've been down. Yume screams that the doors stink, but it's too little too late. The others enter a vortex of some sort, ending up in the Monster Men's dimension, where they sell human delicacies.Their language, btw, is literally just "lolololololululululu" and stuff like that. From the looks of it, they're aliens.Yume, Hama, and a few others instead chose to hide away for now. However, a shadow draws near, thankfully, closing time arrives, and it has to go away.The group, now safe, moves toward the exit, where they find that the department store has been abandoned for who knows how long. Three graffiti stand out: "Thank you for coming to our store", "The bargain sale has ended", and "The next sale will be in a month".The ledger confirms this is their last job.That's it for now. Next chapter is next Friday.
