Like, Yujiro can just learn literally every technique by just seeing it once, and so can other bullshit martial artists like Goku. So how do you measure things here if the "top tiers" are all bullshit masters? You'd have to consider a level of scrutiny in terms of realism to measure it properly, since at least half of anime characters are master martial artists from training for a week or something, when it reality it takes months, years on end and a lot of talent to get that good.
