Uika is a really interesting depiction of identity struggle to me and she presents a look at a similar or even same sort of identity conflict as Mutsumi/Mortis that presents itself in a different way. In my interpretation of her- if she doesn't have a dissociative identity disorder of some sort, I'd probably say she's SOME kind of plural. Uika clearly grasps onto identity and mimics them in ways that benefit her, similarly to Mutsumi. She mimics mortis, Saki, Tomori, Mana, and Uika, of course. I think this can be separated from just adapting a personality to meet a social situation because I would argue that it changes her entire view of herself, and that she has at least two sort of alters. She doesn't just play her personality, pretending to want to be an idol, she entirely consumes the identity into her own. She BECOMES her sister to the point where she lives in that personality whether it benefits the situation and she's being observed or not. Case in point- even before Saki calls her to join Ave Mujica, I think it's implied they've had a bit of a lapse in contact- Hatsune is still pursuing Uika's original dream of being an idol as if it were her own.

During episode 11, Hatsune monologues for its entirety, and while it doesn't have the same setup as Mutsumi's, this could be interpreted as a headspace. Both Uika and Hatsune are here- though I'm not sure I could tell you which is which. But you can see their dissonance- and that one is clearly feeling the memories, and that the other is interpreting the old memories out of a book or diary, as if they aren't her own. These parts are clearly in conflict with separate and complex views on each other and external life. She's monologuing about her story to an audience she can't be sure that she has- unless we're not the intended audience. Her lack of identity is what causes her to take on other people's, and to weave stories around herself, telling them TO herself in a desperate grasp to place herself anywhere. She hated being Hatsune so much and believed in the filthiness of Hatsune so much that she has created an entire different person so that she would not have to live as Hatsune. I think that most of the time she does truly live as Uika, doing her best to forget about Hatsune at all. Alter ego's music video kind of corroborates this as well- showing Uika as two separate individuals with one literally killing the other- likely hating her for her desires and failures.
