Very different in its sense of scope and scale from other parts, and the ending is very satisfying. Most depressing JoJo part, I'd say.

I was born in 2003 and am a plot/character fag, so when I watch things that are either 1. Not plot-focused at all, just based purely on vibes like Lain or heavily layered in late 90's to mid 2000's internet culture like NHK, Luckystar, Haruhi and so on. I just can't relate to them. I was a junior in high school when covid hit so I never got to live an adult life in a world of anime and manga being unpopular so I think that also has impacted how I relate to media. I walk into the mall as a 22 year old and see a bunch of normal fags gossiping about Naruto and Jujutsu Kaisen. Not to say I don't like media from that time period, I love FLCL, Mushishi, EVA, but that's different. Though IDK what the fuck is going on with later gen Z and Alpha, but they're pure cancer. I think stories are made to tell something and to learn something about yourself and the world you live in. If you read a manga or watch an anime and a month later you don't remember anything about it then it didn't resonate with you --> it's not worth much. The series in my 3x3 all have characters/stories/situations that inspired/resonates with me and that's why they're in my top 9.
