I recently came back to the series. I watched season 1 like a year+ ago, then kinda took a break. I recently watched the movies/ovas or whatever those were, they were kinda meh. Season 2 kinda bored me, too many flashbacks, too many deaths kinda took away the gravity of anything. A character died? Two more episodes and we restart everything so he isn't dead. Oh, but I really liked Echinda, so at least that was good. I pretty much binged season 3 yesterday, and I liked it a lot. Subaru only died at the beginning very few times and then the story was pretty straight. Also Emila became much better character and had some personal growth. I'm looking towards season 4 now.
