I really liked the theory that Yura was a former member of the island's royalty who was trying to restore his dynasty in Japan, and that the Hishaku were a group of orphans and monarchists who supported his cause. It would be a nice twist to see in the future flashback of the Seitei War, and it was also more interesting than the Hishaku being just a group of criminals and Yura being a resentful faggot.
