Be honest, do you have any hopes for the February 6 re-release of The Disappearance?

It will probably be a message at the end of the movie telling people to keep an eye on the official website. An announcement of an announcement. I don't think they will announce a new anime right then, since the movie will be in theaters for two weeks and it would ruin the surprise for those who don't see it on opening day.
It wouldn't be the first time they put an announcement at the end of a screening of Disappearance. In 2023, they did something similar (pic related). Back then, it turned out to be just an event, but this time they'll be showing the movie in theaters for two weeks, plus it's the 20th anniversary of the anime, and there's already a rumor from a reliable leaker that there will be a new anime. So if they're going to announce it this year, it will probably be shortly after they stop showing the movie in theaters.

Sounds like the most realistic scenario.

Most realistic scenario is a new pachinko machine.
