>we are on episode 14 and we have only just got the adult levels for everyone
We were fighting Kyūkyokutai digimon by this time Xros Wars
>Inb4 levels were thrown out for this show.
No they weren't, Shoutmon just had the gusto to deal with dudes at a more evolved state than he was. They are struggling against failure evolutions like Raremon; this is fucking pathetic

>digimon are reliant on humans for sustenance, thus there will be no digimon anatagonists with this set up.
Humans have made for shitty enemies overall from season to season.

>partners have the personality of cardboard
>Monodramon was given a crappy beast evolution,
we don't need more adult level, we need more Kyūkyokutai/Chou-Kyūkyokutai
>Gigasmon is a bitch made underling to some generic Tactic goon.
>our humans protagonists are generic trope characters
Tsundere bitch, a beta boy , and a blue oni without a red to compliment him.

Honestly this really isn't looking good in comparison to other seasons. when the humans are focused wholesale Digimon seasons suffer; look at tri.

They're already starting to fight perfect level digimon at the start of the current story arc, I'd give it a month or two before one of the main cast has their partner evolve to perfect (please give it to Wolvermon first).
>>
>>285224194
that's another thing, I hate wolvermon's design. Looks so stupid, like a half-assed attempt to make another Galgomon.
>no anatomy
>blobby shapes
>honestly looks more like a pokemon than anything
>>
in Adventure's 15th episode, the Chosen Children finally ran into a Kanzentai that wasn't just a black gear digi and got their ass kicked.
Xros Wars isn't normal. And I don't mind the slow pace, it'll make their kyuukyokutai feel deserved when they finally get there.
>>
>>285224340
>>285224340
True, but the thing that xros had was that there was very little dicking around and the digimon themselves had backstory as well as growth. In beatbreak they are supplement to boring human brats.
>>
>>285224495
so don't watch it
>>
>>285224112
nigga it's a show for 5 year olds, who cares?
>>
>>285224544
no it's not, Beatbreak's targeting a teenage and adult audience. Hence the shared staff with Savers and the older cast and the background dystopian political shenanigans.
>>
>>285224544
wasted dubs, stop being a white woman.

>>285224584
the problem is that it's focusing too much on the humans
>>
>>285224112
The beginning was getting jarring but its fine for now, at least for me. I like the rivals and everything.
Most of the problems originate from this series completely rewriting everything we know about digimons and making them weird parasites born from people's egg smartphones that eat their souls (e pulse).
There is no digital world and no lore for it either, its all about humans and their partners.
Honestly its way too much like pokemon now
>>
>>285224112
To be hones, it makes little difference whether they're fighting against baby Digimon or god Digimon. Their priority for improving the story should be focusing on improving Makoto and Reina's characters.

Exactly!!!!!! That's why I always like digimon way more than pokemon. They were their own entities capeable of growth and self realization; instead of being suppliment to children. That's honestly why I loved Xros wars so much.

Reducing Gigasmon to some dude's little bitch honestly rubs me the wrong way.

>>285225221
True, they just seem unpleasant for no reason at this point.
>>
>>285224112
Its a childrens show.

>we are on episode 14 and we have only just got the adult levels for everyone
Not the first time.
Angemon debuted on Adventure's episode 13.
>>
>>285227243
Bad example because he only shows back up when he got outscaled to win his type MUs
>>
OP is the faggot who made weekly threads complaining that Gekkomon hadn't digivolved yet. Now that he did OP is just making Beatbreak hate threads.

I was waiting at least 20 episodes being out to try but if its going to be like this i'm not even going to bother
>>
New rival team kind of blows but protags need a stepping stone to 5 strong boys
>>
The difference here is that Beatbreak like Tamers actually focus on story and doesnt want to be a toys commercial like Xros Wars and the other series. If you want dumb hype moments then this isnt something for you.
>>
>>285229178
Tamers felt like a toy commercial to me. I didn't like it much because of that.

It's time to admit Ghost Game was much better.

>Digital World is literally the same shit as the real one, but with random plants, and a fuckload of random color dots everywhere
Nah
>>
>>285229749
Betelgammamon is very sexy tho
>>
>>285226833
Wasted dubs, that sort of thinking leafs to kids out of wedlock.
>>
>>285229178
If anything Beatbreak's last episode was crazy hype. Armalizamon was definitely allowed to go ham. That said, Beatbreak not being a toy commercial at all feels so weird, in an interesting way for sure.
>>285229255
I guess techinically card commercial is more accurate, but I get what you mean (even if I wouldn't say it's more toy commercial than most of the other seasons and doesn't affect my experience with Tamers in any real way)
>>
>>285229178
>Beatbreak like Tamers actually focus on story
Yeah, tell them how good Beatbreak story is. It really is like Tamers. It was so good watching 10 episodes ending with Tomoro finding (yet again) the resolve to be a cleaner. Or watching Reina the Jobber being a bitch. OR watching Makoto do fucking nothing except on one episode
>>
>>285227243
You are comparing 7 evolutions to 2. 14 characters to 8
>>
Armalizamon has a cool blade.
>>
Kids these days have zero attention span.

Why did genetics gave only one of them stupid hair?
>>
I too cannot wait for Wolvermon to get a human form and be useful already
>>
>>285232736
Occam's razor would be hair paint, but apparently it's because one inherited his hair color from the mom and the other from the dad. And apparently no one thinks the purple hair or the whole family having red eyes is in any way weird.
>>
>>285233093
>Terriermon in the ED
You'll get a "totally-not-Rapidmon" evo, right after the obligatory Wolvermon vs Gargomon fight

> actually focus on story
spent most of episodes thus far dicking around and fighting monster of the week.

>commercial like Xros Wars
we knew more about the digital world, the main antagonists and had back stories and motivation for a good number of the protagonists by now.

Take off the pink diaper.
>>
>>285233454
I so fucking hate Terriermon and all its recolors holy shit.
>>
>>285233506
>Terriermon
He is cute tho
>>
>>285224194
I'd rather she get it 2nd, so it's less likely she gets scaled out sooner
