After 7 months, I'm back. This time I've translated and typeset to the end of volume 8 (chapter 43). I'll post one or two chapters per day until we get to the end of volume 8.
The bottom panel of this page was a pain for me to redraw. The narration is supposed to say:>In this era, a trial by fire was a common ritual to ask the gods for their judgment.>People would attempt to carry hot iron with their bare hands, and the success or failure of one's ability to carry hot iron would determine the truth of a matter.
>>285228494Hara trying to draw a man that isn't 400lbs of muscle looks so strange in this manga.

>>285228804I got jumpscared by that eggheaded dude. Totally forgot that little homunculus was part of the cast.
>>285228906>>285228929This is what happens when you have like 400 men and no women aboard a boat. There's no one to tardwrangle the dudes.
>>285229021>>285229030This is a propaganda manga paid for by the remnants of the Oda clan.
