Denji has quietly broken hell itself. The hell we saw the first time was what hell's supposed to be. The doors represent the fears behind them like Denji's own door. Now hell looks completely different because the concept of death got erased. Most things humans fear we fear because they can kill us darkness falling aging sickness war weapons blood the unknown animals whatever. When the biggest fear disappears the foundation of almost all other fears collapses with it. Yoru herself said death belonged to Fami's domain. Devils are born from fear and go through a death-rebirth cycle. Remove death and the cycle breaks the hierarchy shifts hell literally restructures into something new. That's why everything looks wrong now that's why there are probably multiple factions forming that's why this is not a nothing chapter no matter what speedreaders say
