Seven masters, seven orders of angels, Beast of Babylon being in the grail instead of Angra, Arthur vs a devil figure (instead of angra), everything just makes way more sense with the original lore. A lot of plotpoints in FSN make more sense when you see what they were "meant" to be originally.Now here's the important part that people miss; Prototype as a story has never actually been written. It just exists as a loose concept and a loose series of notes by Nasu so far.Sakurai was allowed to write a prequel to Prototype called "Prototype Red and Blue" which would eventually lead into Prototype, but the actual story of Prototype has not been fully told yet.
