Any particular reason there hasn't been an anime remake or continuation? It's my favorite OVA I'd love to see it get a show
My guess is that there isn't much fandom in Japan and Sonoda himself is semi retired working at his candy shop

theres no fandom, the only place this manga has a cult following is outside of japanAlso the manga didnt aged well if you know what i mean, everything about Miney and her backstory, the constant fetishes of the author, the use of fire weapons is not well seen too. Imo the plot of the manga is not good tho, the ovas the best aspects of the work
