The first 50 chapters of omega are excellent with good arc then around time the pandemic hits the editor (who carried the manga all along) stops working on it (about ch 50) and the story shifts dramatically the fights are mostly trash, the dialogue is full of weird phrases that often dont make sense, the story is missing a clear direction and it feels like filler arc after filler arc. Its been 6 YEARS since ch 50 and constant decline including some shockingly bad decisions on which villains die and at what point. I cannot in good faith give this manga more than 3/10 and i think most posters here are OGs just posting because sunk cost fallacy and every now and then the character interactions are slightly enjoyable.
I just wanna mention yes im a wakafag and yes im still mad about the absolute robbery that was ohma vs waka and whatever the fuck happened during waka vs fei. My boy was done so dirty
