Just finished Season 2 and I must say, I'm very impressed by the quality of the story. Granted, my expectations were bottom of the barrel, I was initially under the impression it would be a boring power fantasy romcom but what I got was great character development and interesting interactions. The highlights for me were:>Hinami x Tomozaki disagreement at the end of season 1;>Mizusawa and Fuuka managing to see beyond Hinami's mask;>Tomozaki growing balls naturally by sometimes failing the trials;>Signs of the girls starting to like Tomozaki little by little throughout the series;I was also very surprised by Hinami as a character, and while the circumstances around her are by far the main drive behind the series, it was great to see in season 2 Tomozaki starting things on his own instead of having to rely on her for every action, yet another good sign of character development.Not that it didn't have its issues, some characters basically disappeared in some arcs (Yuzu did nothing at the last few episodes), the bullying arc was annoying, and some characters were severely under-utilized, I mean the imouto supposedly goes to the same school, no? Yet she didn't do a lot.But overall good shit, hopefully more anons watch it. I'm now going to read the LN and hoping for more great shit.
