I can't see the girl being from the real world even with her uniform because that would've made her the focus of the description as that type of character usually has the story presented from their point of view, which usually makes them the focal point of the description. Even Fairy Tail descriptions often describe Lucy joining the Guild rather Natsu's quest. There is a part of me that's wants for a more light-heated straight forward fantasy adventure as Ichi hasn't been hitting the right notes for me as of late, but from the poster there doesn't seem to be much about this that looks distinctive from other fantasy series. Visual speaking everything about this looks to be a generic fantasy with nothing that makes world distinctive or the characters stand out. If his chiropractor skills are used for battles which they probably will be since he is the MC, the idea of a chiropractor adjusting his magic to be used for battle actually could have some potential if done right, but I can't count on Kento Amemiya of all people to come with any interesting way to use his own premise. I do hope that the main trio isn't introduced all at once, and at most only have the first chapter establish two of the characters relationship because having introducing all three at once can not only hinder the focus of getting to understand who the MC as a character is, but also introducing characters later gives a chance to flesh out the world building and give insight into their roles before the joining the journey. I want this to be a fun adventure and who knows maybe it could end up being that, but based on the authors track record and what has been shown I have very little faith that this will actually deliver.
