>>285725678>>285725779I think people would have been annoyed if they'd been super strong though, because the problem when Dragon started talking about them was it just seemed too much on top of the Gorosei already being strong, and it raised the question of "where were they?"Now we know they only strong in relative terms AKA jobbers, we know the answer is "getting their asses kicked constantly", which avoids having them break the cohesion of the world TOO much. Vice Admirals are super strong relatively speaking, but are jobbers at the elite level. They can't hang with people who can fight Yonko or even just Admirals. Holy Knights are like if VAs had regen and great devil fruits.

It makes me think it's intended to be layers and layers of psyops where regular CPs are normalfag information, CP9 is someone who knows a bit about politics knows about, CP0 is smug guy at the bar level, and then the Holy Knights are /pol/ tier conspiracy stuff, and then the Gorosei's true nature and Imu are like /x/ schizo crap.
