From the OP alone, I'm inclined to believe Eclair is the patissiere girl. Miyadani Risa is credited as the sub-character designer this year (Yano is doing both the GochiUsa and the 100Kano designs as well), and she already designed characters as important as the villain generals. From the side characters in the foreground (the classmates in particular look different), you can see how her characters have more angular faces, as well as smaller irises. The girl in the glasses and the teacher look similar in this vein.But the patissiere's face is drawn similarly to the main characters: rounder, with irises that fill out the eyes more. It's worth noting that Haruyama was the chief animation director for the villains in Idol, so it's likely that Miyadani was the one who corrected her own designs in the OP.

After the first episode I think we can all agree that Anna is the top of the relationship. Mikuru is more energetic but she's an insecure clumsy dork, while Anna feels naturally assertive. Mikuru is also shorter and with lighter skin, making her more feminine. And frankly a daughter topping her mom is much much hotter than the opposite.
