You'd be hard-pressed to find even a single arc whose entire premise isn't retconned by a subsequent arc or itself a retcon of a previous arc, starting with the fucking first arc. For example, if you try to reconcile Kira's backstory in the Vitamin C arc with the Soft & Wet arc, S&W doesn't occur because Kira's actions in the VC flashback are clearly not those of a man who was just being held hostage in his apartment with another woman 3 days prior. You can't even adapt the first arc that unveils the fucking protagonist's stand without a complete top-to-bottom rewrite. Virtually every arc is like this. The whole part is a total loss.
