Can someone explain me how this studio works? Is most of their staff freelance or are they really a chimera of a studio poaching apprentices from several studios? If the latter do they have enough money to back it up?I really like how their stuff looks and hope their shows get more seasons, specially Fuuto PI, but now that Cygames started animating Uma Musume again they've lost their biggest source of money so I'm scared
>>285747434From my understanding the way they work is that the staff that made Fuuto PI and UMA Musume are the only permanent animators in the studio while everyone else are freelance. The reason their anime turn out great anyway is because of the studio's producers, they're ex-GONZO veterans who left after the several debt and money troubles GONZO's president caused, but because their several years of experience in the industry they have a great eye for talent so they allow freelance directors that they deem worthy to do the anime they want.
