Hard to properly scale the characters against each other because they've mostly only fought one person, but I think this is a fair assessment of how much difficulty they had in their fights (which would make a good reference for powerscaling them in round 2).The only characters I feel comfortable chainscaling now are Kuroki > Raian > Ohma > Sekibayashi > Kiozan > Mokichi > Lihito based on how much trouble the winners had.Raian and Mokichi's positions are tenuous because Raian never finished his fight with Lihito, so it's hard to know if he would've stomped him quite as hard as Kuroki did.
