I caught up on the novels. And it seems that Narita is barely planning for anyone to die. Even Alcides doesn't seem like he'll be defeated by someone else, but rather that Heracles himself will stop him, which is why Hippolyta is excited like a fangirl. The only ones I see as needing to die are Bazdilot and Jester because they are incapable of redemption. I don't know how he'll suddenly get the whole cast to agree to make their servants disappear and end the war.
Heracles is supposedly "so powerful" but couldn't even resist command spells. But you know who did resist command spells though? The most successful European servant, Astolfo.
