If this is really more than about Denji getting laid, I can speculate just a bit. Yoru saying Asa's guilt is meaningless to Devils, and still being unable to kill the bird means in a way Yoru is denouncing her status as a Devil, she may not understand Asa's feelings but she still values some of them. Denji switching from wanting Asa to get her body back, to telling Yoru she owes him sex, may lead to Yoru's misguided attempt to fulfill Asa's desire for intimacy and love. We saw infidelity few times, Prez being mindbroken because Tanaka sensei was actually in love with Asa, the Bald Devil Hunter guy and his wife cheating on each other, and lastly Asa's Dad cheating on her Mom, all of which lead to both partners being killed. Here, I think Asa has a chance to either trust Yoru, which means letting Yoru continue her abuse and oppression over her existence, or reject Denji, which might give Yoru a chance to either honor Asa's wish or keep forcing Asa to accept the decision Yoru made by Yoru having sex with Denji anyway. Asa is naive, but she's very unhinged as well, if she truly loses faith in Denji, and can't trust Yoru, she has no choice to either suffer the abuse or take Yoru's advice and act to get her freedom without feeling guilt, in that case Asa is going to hurt both Denji and Yoru, similar to how Yoru did it to Class Prez and Tanaka sensei. That to me is the best outcome, Asa finally acting free from guilt only to act more like a Devil. Yoru too has no reason to keep Asa under her control, but the story demands conflict and making Asa miserable. I truly wish Fujimoto isn't going to be stupid about this.
