>>286223815It's a mixed bag.I do like the spiritualism and the dynamics of "hate will just drag you down and revenge will come back to bite you" but it suffers from a lackluster final arc because Takei didn't want to draw fights and wouldn't you know, the final arc has a lot of fights. The main cast isn't too bad either, although you may have mixed feelings on Lyserg, and the Oversoul designs are pretty cool too.I'd say it's worth a read, or watch of the OG anime if you don't mind anime-original arcs/endings. Do not watch the new anime or read any of the sequels, they suck.

As far as that he should have had his aura buffed by greed island as a joint ability with a crazy set of conditions. Such as the fact that the people that were part of greed island couldn't gain any of the benefits of the game. The troupe also knew that the game was the nen ability of a group of experts, and that the guy showing up was obviously part of that group. Fighting an expert empowered by a joint ability in their own territory is crazy.
