i like acrylic stands. I don't go overboard but it is actually nice to own official merch of a character you like that might not get one otherwise. I usually get the keychain ones because if i drop my keys i wont be too mad it cracks in half. i usually only get stuff like taisho roman/kimono collabs or things from characters from no merch. acrylics hold more value than you think. I regularly see them resold for 1-10k more than the retail price. I think it depends on what you buy
