Which I'd be so much less annoyed about if the person packing my order initially, or getting ready to pack it, had just fucking told their supervision there was a discrepancy so it could be resolved in a timely manner instead of just tossing it aside. At my work, I would get written up for pulling BS like that. God only knows how long it would have sat there if I had forgotten about it and not complained, but if they were betting I would just forget about a shipment north of 100k¥ of goods they are sorely mistaken. Anyway, it is on it's way now and they gave me a coupon code for 10% off my next shipment. The packing job has better be improved over my last shipment, too, but we'll see. I guess as long as it gets here and my stuff is okay all's well that ends well, but the whole thing has left a bad taste and made me cut way back on ordering stuff from them.
