Especially Noble Red, who are an interesting idea poorly executed because they have so little development and then you're expected to empathize with them after they've murdered a truckload of people. A version of episode 13 with Noble Red, or the Alchemists, or even Carol and her Autoscorers, would have gone a long way to really help cement them in the minds of readers.What's also interesting is how the Flower Knights are clearly the FIS of Princession, though I think FIS jobbed less than the Knights did.

Between the moon falling, Fine's awakening looming over them, the Gears being on a completely different level, America betraying them and Maria being a giant liability, it is a miracle they managed to accomplish anything. The Knights had it way easier just having to deal with Band Snatch and the Princesses.

The timing couldn’t have been more perfect on this show. Airing when Precure is at its weakest in years, and pushing beyond the bare minimum with songs/animation helped the brand a lot. Princession might not be a Precure killer, but it is giving it a run for its money.

I'd say Red Queen is less of a villain because she deliberately tried to limit the damage, and mostly played a deliberate role where being defeated the way she was was her desired outcome. White Queen was definitely a villain though. She went too far, outright threatened the lives of the Princesses and of innocent bystanders (RQ only ever threatened the former), and was abusive and manipulative towards the sisters. She fought the Princesses with the intent of stopping them, and realized herself that she was in the wrong after being defeated.
