That doesn't make sense if she planned to just end it all at the next confrontation.If her plan was to piss them off enough to force a final confrontation, then it should have been brought up last chapter instead of the La Verita angle. Even having scenes in previous chapters of them all getting steadily more angry would help it make sense.We also haven't been shown just how much Sulfur is down for Magenta yet, which would have added context to her outburst dragging them into this more serious fight

Narratively speaking this chapter is such a low point (not quality wise, I mean in the narrative sense of the point in the story where everything is at its worst) I have always had mad respect for the author. Not just for going so serious in the funny magical girl sex manga, but for really going that hard on how bad things are for everyone. Utena completely fucks up and loses herself, Magenta gets raped, everyone gets the shit beaten out of them, and the only reason the story doesn't end here is because Baiser gets nearly cleaved in half with a graphic level of violence unlike anything the manga has had before. Very few series have the guts to go this scorched earth kill your darlings when it comes to the low point of their hero's journey.
