Was Jahy setup for failure from the start then? Or was the thought that since there's some part of Ahriman's demon energy in the good half that they could turn Doux into a full-fledged, evil-doing demon? That seems like a pretty important thing to mention to Jahy before she was assigned to be Doux's attendant. I'd be pretty annoyed if I were in Jahy's position, but I guess if they have a huge war going on it might've been overlooked by everyone.
