The problem with the ending is baked into the world-building itself because they stablished the heros work as both the police force but also as the biggest celebrities, so Deku having put down the biggest villain in history should logically have a pretty cosy position in society, even having lost his quirks he should be famous and respected and in a sweet job of some kind, possibly with the government. But what is he? A fucking schoolteacherThat's not a respected profession even in Japan, let alone the west where this bullshit had at least half of its fanbase.And is he like a cool teacher, like a celebrity professor who gives out conferences that sell out across Japan?
