This episode wasn't as breakneck as the others I think. Good for me I guess>Skipped a comedic scene in which Connie's father and Randolph's uncle almost duel to death. Duke Richelieu used to be a clergyman, then when Randolph's dad died he became the Duke so he's humble. Some people want his son to be the next duke but he keeps insisting that it has to be Randolph for an hour in Percival's ears and then suddenly says that he can introduce Connie to someone else if they feel like it. Percival thinks that he wants to marry Randy to a woman of a powerful family to ensure a smooth transition of power because the ppl from the domain have never seem him before. Duke surely could have forced the engagement to end, but Percival then answers that "that suggestion wasn't SINCERE at all">Connie only learns about this from her gossipy friend Mylene (this meeting was briefly shown last episode). She tells Connie that then they got in a fistfight and in the end declared themselves sworn brothers. Connie thinks her father is unreliable and Scarlet jabs her with "so this is where you got it from". This makes them think that 4th isn't the one responsible because he would have killed Uly immediately and he already has pretty good eyes/bloodline so he wouldn't need him... so the one responsible for the whole conspiracy with DG is 2nd Roderick that was pretending to be scared and holed up in his palace.
