It's a more realistic series so it should have good set design and costumes. But the only way you're going to make a Champloo adaptation is making a movie with Japanese actors. I'm not convinced they will learn any lessons from LA Cowboy Bebop because that's the Netflix formula, but it's terrible television, and producing a show based on a Japanese anime written by a Japanese guy animated by Japanese (and other Asian) people about fucking SAMURAI and putting your gaijin stank on it is fucked up.
