>>286749257Part 3.It has the chemistry between the characters, the perfect premise, the sense of urgency and stakes. It knows when to be weird, it knows when to be serious.The finale is amazing. It rarely relies on flashbacks for characterization. Its monster of the week format suits the story that is being told. All characters form some kind of connection with each other, every characters gets to shine, they all feel involved and woven into the story and that despite Araki's consistent issue of writing himself into a corner but it does not affect the story as much as it does in part 5 where Fugo is just straight out thrown away. He does keep Kakyoin and Avdol away for some time but they are still present for most of the adventure.It's also, by far, the funniest part. The comedy is great.Part 5 and 6 fail at almost all of these points. The former being just an inferior part 3 and latter straight out poorly written part. I can respect people considering part 2 and 4 as their favorites though, I do think part 4 comes with big issues and just feels a little dull in comparison to part 3.
