And she's weirdly short and stumpy.I'll certainly give the show a chance as a big fan of GitS in general, but I don't have many hopes.Besides the art style, there's the big issue of having Toh Enjoe as the main writer. Now books that lie to you or which are intentionally hard to get are common, but MMI is hard in the sense that the author will exposit massively on details that don't matter while details that do matter will get a single line referencing them and then you have another wave of meaningless technobabble dumped on you. It can be understood pretty decently if you take your time and learn to filter out the nonsense, but doing so is basically impossible on a first read through. You just don't know what mattered until it was all over, and then you'll need to go on a salty run back to figure it out a second time.
