This may have been one of the most shallow anime I've ever seen, let alone one of the most shallow romance anime.I'd call it WAOTS but I've been watching Jingai Kyoushitsu no Ningengirai Kyoushi. Plus this is honestly kinda fun to watch when you commentate over it with a group of friends.

The show was mildly amusing for how cheesy it was. MC was cute but she didn't do anything besides exist and receive everyone's love. Aquasteed saved her at the start, the fairy kings bailed her out at every corner while she stood there frozen.
