There is less than a week away, yet I barely see anyone talking about this show. It's the first magical girl show produced by Studio Pierrot since 1998, so why they decided now was the time to release one after nearly 3 decades is anyone's guess.Even though it is in an adult time slot, I seriously doubt it'll take the Madoka Magica route and throw a lot of unexpected plot twists. What is Studio Pierrot thinking with this anime? Are they just trying to remake Creamy Mami?

It looks pretty cosy. Double cour is also a good middle ground between the mostly episodic year-long classic mahou shoujo format and the modern "single cour now, second season in 3 years if you're lucky".
