Granted, the lack of any overtly supernatural elements is lamentable. Jitome not having the resident fertility goddess and no Sadawawa/Psychic hurt. They still exist in the twitter/doujin comics and I see how the intent of the manga is to be more grounded in its setting. Trade-off is that the manga is more fleshed out as it doesn't rely on annual releases to provide some proper dialogue driven chapter to fluff out the 1-page twitter comics for certain characters or scenarios.

For the most part it's just slice of life stuff, the romance part can be very downplayed in some cases like Ai's chapters are just her school life.
