It also reminders her that she'll be graduating soon and needs to figure out what she'll do in the future. Plus a side that he's been her hero ever since he helped her as a kid. So him walking a from being a "hero" through his vigilante work is a shock. tl;dr: She thought these halcyon days would last forever. Koichi just announced they were ending.

It'd be a bit weird to have episode 10 be all the stuff with the CC and Koichi defending the Skyegg and Almight saving the day, followed by three episodes of Aizawa reminiscing over his school days to close out the season. Moving it let the still include it, but end the season on the note of Koichi's heroism.
