>6 months since the last chapter
We're never getting the ending to this story, are we?
>>
nope
>>
>>287128488
Nope. Guts restored Caska's mind and goes on Struggling never actually defeating Griffith but being remembered as a legend.

Griffith won and will rule his Kingdom until the end of time.

OP, the new mangaka straight up said Miura never had a proper outline for the story just some vague ideas, so he's literally making shit up, they also said the series needed multiple story arcs to reach a conclusion and that it needed at least 11 years more for the story to be told
they never planned on ending this shit, just milking the IP dry for as long as they can
>>

>the new mangaka straight up said Miura never had a proper outline for the story just some vague ideas, so he's literally making shit up
Might be wrong but I heard that the new guy (Miura's friend) basically said that Miura outlined how he wanted the whole story to go and that he's only drawing what Miura told him, and that's why the manga is so bare bones now.
>just milking the IP dry for as long as they can
can't be all that lucrative if the magazine that publishes berserk just sits on finished chapters for several months at a time and also refuses to greenlight or allow new anime adaptations

>so he's literally making shit up
At least you admit it, some people scream and cry whenever I call post-Miura Berserk literal fanfiction, but that's what it is. On that note, can you even imagine what Griffith is doing to Casca right now back at the castle? She's about to be sent right back to potato land.
>>
>>287128488
I hope the creator finishes it before he dies
>>
>>287128588
Moira probably wanted to just copypaste Devilman ending.
>>
>>287128588
>making shit up
Too bad that they are inconsistent as fuck, like their fast-forward travel to Kushan's capital from Elf Island, or Falconia getting fucking moved to the shore overnight.
>>287128741
I wouldn't mind seeing Casca's galactic orgasm once again. You know, that kind of orgasm that feels so great that it fries your brain. It's quite erotic.
>>
>>287129526
Yup it's obviously going to end with Griffith killing Guts and then falling into despair
>>
>>287128488
i already lost hope after the 8 year boat arc
>>
Why the fuck is there hiatus now if Miura is not an issue? Does everyone just have back pain now?
>>
>>287130667
Mori only got a barebones summary of future events and has to make up the lore Mira told nobody about.
>>
>>287130422
I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. Or reverse Devilman ending. Miura was a hack and Berserk's writing has been shit years before his death.
>>
>>287130667
This>>287130746
Also spending ages trying to replicate Miura's art style verbatim
And also the manga's chapters are released whenever Young Animal wants them to be released

The truth is that Miura was being forced by his publishers to continue Berserk for literal decades until he finally died. But even with his death publishers refuse to let it die because it's so wildly popular. It honestly saddens me to see what happened to Miura, especially when I saw his random sketches for other manga ideas and there were little notes like "I want to make this..." and yjk he couldn't because he was shackled to Berserk. it's obvious that Miura's passion for Berserk died many, many years ago. His Idolm@ster hiatus was the stuff of jokes at the time but looking back the guy was horribly depressed. It's just fucking sad.
>>
>>287130920
>still working, even after death
Literally like those branded people in Berserk who are doomed even in the afterlife.
>>
Berserk ended with Miura. Stop following the shit continuation which is desecrating the legacy.
>>

>orgasm
anon her pussy was gushing blood
that can't possibly feel good
>>
>>287128488
They're trying to get ideas by using a ouija board to contact Miura

There is a global eclipse where Void plans to feed on every living being AND Apostle from the whole world, Void have been feeding himself with Godhand members for centuries to be prepared for this. Guts forgives Griffith and together they lead Griffith's army against Void, at the climax Griffith sacrifices himself to defeat Void and erase every single Apostle and monster from the world, he has a last goodbie kiss with Casca before vanishing for ever. In the end Guts becomes the king of the world and built a giant statue to honor Griffith. Guts and Casca have another child and name him Griffith.
Isidro and Puck died heroically during the eclipse or something BTW.
THE END
>>
>>287132139
Nuh-uh
Guts catches Griffith and kicks him the balls so hard they fly up through the top of his head and achieve escape velocity, one knocks the moon out of orbit which falls on Falconia and blows up the secret God Hand base/Behelit factory underneath, while the other testicle slingshots around the sun so fast that it breaks the fifth dimension and pierces through the Idea of Evil, freeing all the souls from Hell
when Donovan’s soul comes out of Hell, Guts grabs him and shoves the Dragon Slayer up his asshole (after 20 years of cutting ghosts it’s super effective), then pulls it out and shoves Griffith’s remains up Donovan’s hewn-open asshole, then Puck shoves an entire elf forest of spiky chestnuts into the remaining space in the asshole, then skull knight shows up and eats Donovan and Griffith and spits them out again as a tiny crystal behelit with the two faces screaming inside trapped forever, they give the DonoGrif Behelit to Shierkie to put on the end of her magic staff so that every spell she fires blasts up through Griffith and Donovan’s assholes and mouths on the way out
the series ends with Guts and Casca walking off into the sunset, Puck is sitting on Isidro’s head like Yoda and he says some kind of stupid one-liner, and the last panel of the manga is Isidro grabbing Puck and throwing him against a rock.
credits roll or something

Berserk's art was way too high fidelity for Miura to have fallen out of love with the series.
No one draw stuff that complex if they didn't love doing it.
>>
>>287128488

Berserk ended in 2019
>>

I always felt like Miura depicted medieval Europe more faithfully than Europeans did.
I’m probably wrong and don’t know my ass from a hole in the ground but that’s how it always felt to me.
this is gonna be heresy to a lot of people I’m sure but when I read berserk decades ago, the manga copy I had was missing the whole preliminary supernatural part and started directly with Guts’s birth. So when I read it, I thought it was meant to be a realistic medieval mercenary story.
then fucking Zodd shows up and it’s like “WHAT THE FUCK”
out of all the different manga I’ve read, that’s the one point where a scene really sticks out in my memory
>>
>>287133043
>I always felt like Miura depicted medieval Europe more faithfully than Europeans did.
he depicted it the same way Europeans did in the 80s with Flesh & Blood, Excalibur etc, Miura developed it into his own unique style but they're the foundation
>>
>>287133138
I guess I just never read any European comics from that time period
>>
Kids sure do have a different idea of what realistic means
>>
>>287132670
>Berserk ended in 2019
On a shota cock!
>>
>>287133189
I guess “verisimilitude” is a better word.
Medieval warfare being brutal, battlefields covered with crows eating the dead, wounds that don’t magically heal, wounds that get infected, cruelty of the strong preying on the weak, etc.
keep in mind that I’m talking about the state of manga more than 20 years ago. Compared to most manga of the time, the non-supernatural parts of the Golden Age arc had a decent amount of verisimilitude.
>>
>>287133249
Personally I consider the part where adult Griffith is standing there with his dick hanging out in the moonlight to be the last page of the manga
>>
>>287133272
Fantasy manga was more 'realistic' or grounded in the past so I really don't know what you mean
>>
>>287133161
they're films, which I recommend, Flesh & Blood especially if you like amoral medieval mercenaries like the ones in Berserk, Gambino was in part based on Rutger Hauer's character in it
>>
>>287128488
gaga honors miura by mostly being on hiatus
>>
>>287128588
>milking the IP dry
The current state of Berserk doesn't exactly feel like it is being milkes.
