She can literally generate life of arbitrary form and variety and just uses it to shapeshift or sometimes turn people into flies.If I was her I'd experiment with creating the most dangerous bioweapons imaginable, as well as some way to contain them - maybe some hypereffective parasite that only kills said bioweapons. Imagine if she created some biological monsters that are many times stronger than a human pound for pound, simultaneously having photosynthetic exoskeletons as well as a reinforced internal skeleton, redundant organs, extremely venomous bites, multiple eyes to the point they can see 360 degrees with vision across the EM spectrum, incredibly good hearing and smell and echolocation, magentic senses like a bird has and every other sense you can think of, plus a brain smarter than a human beings. You may even be able to create literal biological guns via creating a specialised organ that fires venomous spines or sharp shards of bone or sacks filled with acid at over a hundred meters per second with either super muscle contractions like salamanders have in their tongues or biological propellants. Have them rapidly reproduce by laying eggs in the ground so they're pretty much impossible to exterminate, have them be able to eat nearly any organic matter, and then let loose and have fun.Once they've eaten half the world and eveything is ending, say that you have a solution but you won't give it unless the world kneels. Release the parasites to exeterminate these creatues if the world does kneel. If I was Capella I could solo Re:Zero.
