Looks like since takecomix is posting chapters in much higher resolutions, it'll lead to issues with dumping on /a/ with the regular 4mb file size, or with double page spreads especially (this chapter has none but still) But, the much higher resolution on their end doesn't mean it's uncompressed. zooming in on text, it's quite clear even on their side some compression is being put over it, so there's no point with working with 10mb+ pages. I don't think the solution is now to downscale the pages, just tweak the compression to match what basically was already there, to not lead to some scaling issues. Working on that now

Hell, these are on the better side of compression; I've bought digital tanks that looks like absolute dogshit.Your only option is to clean it, or scan it yourself and then clean it. And honestly the scan's going to be way dirtier than the web raw by default.

What is the reason to erease people? They won't send a team after you even to Layer 4. Too much risk, too much casualities. They doesn't even send people after person at Layer 2. So I've left this manga in the icebox for a few years after binging it—in which time I think it's gotten like 4 or 5 new chapters in all. It was right about the point they were descending into the final layer, IIRC. So I'm curious what you anons who are more dedicated readers think: how long does this series likely have before it ends? If you had to make an educated guess (if that's even possible), or perhaps if the mangaka has commented on it, how much gas do you think it has left in the tank?
