My only complaint is that everything moves too fast. It feels like they're trying to show a lot of things, but that makes it less enjoyable because they change scenes and locations out of nowhere without any explanation of why they're there or how they got there. There was this anime (I can't remember if I dropped it or not, nor do I remember a whole lot about it or what it was about), that is off the tip of my tongue, that feels like it used a vaguely similar precepts, where it also had a majority red background style with a butcher-like monster, and I think the MC had like a pole ran through him or something. Anyway, I get vibes like that from this, and I hope it's not like that (specifically the use of solid red backgrounds or majority red backgrounds, which isn't easy on my eyes). Other than that, it seems like an interesting series, and I'll stick around most likely.

The cast changes, the goal of the protagonist changes, his intended way of using his powers changes, most of the initial members of the Forest either die or turn into enemies. Also the early fights are pretty much filler against mediocre reincarnators who don't have any fun talents like basically everyone afterwards.Like, it makes sense that they would skip most of it. I'm pretty sure the author himself didn't plan for the series to extend to a 100+ chapters or didn't know very well what they wanted to do. You can see that in how they expand a lot of the early characters like Schrodinger later with the extra scenes added in the volumes, or how he keeps bringing the characters he killed at the start back.
