It's hard to get more specific than that because scientists still haven't quite pinned it down because it can just be poor social skills, but it can also extend to all sorts of bizarre, seemingly unrelated physical problems. Hypotonia, motor dysgraphia, and acid reflux are all VERY common in diagnosed autists.
