Being a pervert (and a coward) work for Baiser because she can get stronger from her desires and keep her friends safe by convincing everyone to retreat. Momo's desires are what hinders her and her constant cowardess is unwitting for a magical girl (who must always be brave). Momo basically needs to stop acting like Baiser and be more like Sulfur ironically.

It’s my genuine hope that since they’re two of the only girls not to reach La Verita yet, they’ll finally get there when they tell each other “I love you.” They’ve had a reoccurring tendency to accidentally transform when they start showing too much affection to each other, and once or twice they were on the verge of saying it before getting interrupted. Its been building for almost 10 volumes and it feels like the moment they do it’s going to push them over the edge
