>>287254051Read the manga. The first anime is totally different so give it a try too, but only after reading the manga. I only watched the first episodes of Brotherhood but the first episode is a filler episode and the next ones include flashbacks that happen way later in the manga, which ruins the way some of the mysteries around Edward and Alphonse are set up and then solved so I didn't bother watching more episodes.
