Berserk is honestly overrated because out of 360 plus chapters, people only jerk off the eclipse chapters. Its entire reputation is carried by about 15-20 chapters. Kinda feels like people are forcing themselves to rate it so highly, they don’t even rate most of the manga

>>287294981Out of Miura’s run, the whole series is pretty great outside of the sea god and pirate shit. It’s not perfect, Isidro is a hanger on character and the comedy is hit or miss. It makes sense why everyone worships the eclipse, it’s the defining moment of the series. Black swordsman and lost children are great however and just slightly below. Up until the eclipse, those 2 are honestly better arcs for me.
